Full apartment refurbishment - Newcastle.

This project focused on transforming a Quayside duplex into a standout Airbnb with strong visual appeal and guest comfort. The aim was to create an interior that photographs beautifully while remaining practical and durable. By combining industrial features with contemporary finishes, the property was elevated into a space designed to attract bookings and generate consistently positive reviews.

  • The client wanted to maximise the rental potential of their property by creating a memorable, design-led Airbnb. The space needed to feel stylish, functional and easy to maintain, while appealing to short-stay guests and standing out in a competitive market.

  • We enhanced the apartment’s existing character through smart layout planning, curated furniture and a refined material palette. The design balances comfort and durability, ensuring the property performs well operationally while delivering strong visual impact for marketing platforms.

  • The blend of industrial elements with softer finishes gives the apartment its identity. This contrast creates a distinctive atmosphere that feels considered and inviting, helping the property stand out visually and remain appealing across a wide guest demographic.
