This full house refresh was designed to add value and maximise appeal ahead of selling. 

  • The brief focused on introducing bold colour choices while keeping the overall look fresh, cohesive, and market-ready.

  • We reworked key spaces throughout the home, including a complete bathroom revamp, to elevate the property without over-capitalising. Strategic design decisions, updated finishes, and confident colour use helped the house stand out while remaining broadly appealing to potential buyers.

  • The result is a refreshed, modern home with strong visual impact, improved functionality, and a clear uplift in perceived value—demonstrating how considered interior design can play a key role in a successful sale.
